Date: Friday, January 24th to Sunday, January 26th, 2025 **Note that the majority of games will be played on Friday and Saturday - Friday games could start as early as 9am
Registration Deadline: November 1, 2024, late entries will continue to be accepted based on space available.
Confirmation: Acceptance emails will be sent no later than November 15th

Fees:
U14 A, 18+ A: 15 minute periods, 4 game guarantee - $1000
FUN3, U12A, and Regional (B, C) Divisions: 15 minute periods, 3 game guarantee - $850
FUN1/FUN2 Festival will have 2 games/team and an off-ice party - $200
Payment will be partially taken at the time of initial registration. Teams will receive formal confirmation of their tournament status once registration closes for their division. Accepted teams will be expected to pay the remaining amount following acknowledgement of their inclusion in the tournament. This will be communicated by email from the tournament coordinator. If we are not able to accept your team due to space limitations, your team will be issued a refund for funds incurred up to that point.

Scheduling
All U16 and younger teams may be required to play as early as 9am Friday morning. Where possible, scheduling consideration will be given to out of town teams.
All U16 and 18+ age groups must also be prepared to play late-evening games.
All teams should also be prepared to play up to 15 minutes prior to scheduled start times.

Substitutions
Please ensure you contact your Regional Competitions Coordinator and complete the following forms in advance should your team require one or more Player Substitutions or Bench Staff Substitutions for this event. We kindly ask that all approved TRF adjustments are submitted to dave.hanes@gmail.com 24 hours in advance of your first game.
Withdrawals, Refunds
The deadline to withdraw from the tournament and still receive a full refund will be the deadline for registration which is November 1, 2024. After this date, no refunds will be issued for a team that withdraws from the event.
NOTE: Per Ringette Ontario, once a Provincial level team, regardless of whether they intend to attend Championships or not has been assigned to a tournament, the tournament cannot deny acceptance to the team and the team cannot withdraw from the tournament without approval from the Provincial Competitions Committee in the event of extenuating circumstances.
Note: If KRA is unable to host the event due to any Provincial restrictions (competition restrictions or facility lockdown), teams can expect a full refund
